Do you have a showroom?

Unfortunately, no. However, you can make an appointment to visit us at our warehouse.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes, we do! In fact, we have 6 years of wholesale experience.

Products

Do you offer product customisation?

Yes, to a certain extent. We accept customisations based on the foundation of our current models. Some customisation examples include:

  • Varying dimensions
  • Adding an additional tier to a bookshelf
  • Removing a drawer from a desk

Can I order a particular model to be made in teak solid wood? 

Definitely! Our teak products are produced on pre-order basis. This is also considered a type of customisation. 

When can I receive my customised product?

It takes about 4-6 weeks for your product to be crafted and shipped to Singapore.  

Are the colours of your product accurate?

We try to be as accurate as possible. However, the actual colour of the product may vary slightly due to different monitor settings.

Delivery

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery is usually arranged 2 working days after order confirmation. Due to potential traffic and weather conditions, we usually go by 3-hour time slots.

Delivery times: Mon-Fri at 1-7pm / Sat 11am-5pm

We will confirm your preferred time slot 1 day before the date of delivery.

What is the delivery cost?

We offer free delivery for purchases over S$200. Otherwise, the standard delivery cost is S$30.

Can I change my delivery time and date?

Yes, you may change your delivery date. However, we will be unable to change the time slot as they are fixed according to our delivery routes.

If you require alternate arrangements, do reach out to us and we will try our best to come up with a suitable solution.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We prefer payments made by Cash-On-Delivery (COD).

You may also choose to pay via PayNow or Funds Transfer.

Exchange and returns

Do i qualify for an exchange or return?

We are opened to perform a return within 7 days of purchase and exchange within 30 days of purchase if any of the following issues is observed:

  • Visible damage
  • Uneven coating (for dark items)

However, as we are trying to preserve the most natural state of the wood material, we will not be accepting exchanges due to colour or wood grains.
